In her current exhibition «LIGHT AND DARK», Nicole Miescher is showing impressive works
that deal with the interplay of light and shadow in a fascinating way. Soft lighting moods and deep contrasts
– sometimes poetic, sometimes mysterious – characterise her photographs.
The exhibition also includes some atmospheric pictures of Klosters, where Nicole Miescher spends her holidays
for years and finds much inspiration.

Nicole Miescher is a Swiss photographer and artist who is known for her atmospherically dense,
minimalist landscape and architectural photographs.

Her works have been presented in numerous exhibitions, including the Galerie Gisèle Linder in Basel, ART Basel and ART Genève.

In addition to her photographic work, Nicole Miescher has also been active in other areas. She was co-founder and president
of a philanthropic foundation as well as an editor. Her publications include the book «Mãe Luiza: Building Optimism»
and «OFF-SITE» (in Memory of Padre Sabino).

For her commitment, she was made an honorary citizen of Natal in Brazil in 2010 and received the Order of Camarão in 2018.
